Baking steps:
★ The first step:
Turn on the power and put the weighed green beans into the bean warehouse. The recommended roasting capacity of the green beans is about 80%.
★ The second step:
Open the settings (the second icon from the left), select a menu, fill in the curve data, set the temperature and time, such as only three stages, select 0 for the data time of other stages
★ The third step:
Choose to open the menu directory (the third icon from the left), select the curve that has been set, and click to run
★ The fourth step:
Turn on the fan knob to blow the beans evenly up to half the height of the glass bean bin
★ Step 5:
Stop/Run button (the first icon from the left) click to start or stop the operation, you can also stop the operation during the baking process to end the baking early.
★ Step 6:
Before baking, the fan will start the baking operation with a beep after a delay of 10 seconds. The time starts to count down. After the baking is finished, if the baking end temperature is lower than 50 degrees, the fan will automatically shut down, and it will continue to start cooling when the temperature is higher than 60 degrees. shut down.
The fourth icon from the left is a graph, you can see the change process of the temperature curve in the baking pass. If you want to reduce the temperature rise at the rear end, you can increase the wind power appropriately to extend the heating time, and reduce the wind speed to increase the temperature rise.
